Return Policy

To save time we strongly advise that you measure your pup twice against our size chart to ensure that you order the correct size. Return shipping is at the consumers cost. 

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us asap and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).

At DAV & DEDE you have a maximum of 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you will be returning  your product. When we receive your product we will determine if  a refund or store credit voucher is granted , based on the conditions below. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Exchanges: 
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges as all of our products are 'limited edition' and not restocked often.  We recommend that you purchase the new product and email us to notify that you will be returning an item at info@davanddede.com (as per the conditions below).

Sale / FINAL Sale items: 
If you wish to return an item which was purchased as part of a sale, please note that you will only be refunded the amount that you purchased the product for during the sale. Items must be returned as per the conditions below. If you wish to repurchase the item the sale price cannot be honoured once the sale has finished. 

Bundle Items: 
If you purchased an item as part of a bundle (eg. buy a collar and get a leash free etc.) and wish to return one of the items, you will be required to return the entire bundle (as per the conditions below).

Problem or fault with your item:
In the event you feel there is a fault or a problem with your item upon receiving it (e.g. we have sent you the wrong item, you purchased the incorrect item as a gift), please contact us via email at info@davanddede.com stating the following details: your name, invoice number and product.

We will promptly be in touch within 24 hours to assist with your query. If you wish to return your item for a refund or store credit voucher, we will provide you with a Return Form which you will be required to complete and return to us with your items. 

Shipping
To return your product, you must mail your product to: PO BOX 1176 Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD, 4007, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Product inspection

Upon receiving your returned product/s, we will inspect them to determine if a refund can be approved (based on the conditions listed below) and will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will provide a refund of the sale transaction amount or a store credit voucher (either option is up to you). 

Please double check that you have provided the correct banking details on the Return Form - we do not take responsibility for any damages that may result from you providing the incorrect information. The time taken for the transfer of funds to process may vary depending on your financial institution. A refund can only be provided using your original payment method - additional payment methods cannot be accepted. 

A refund or store credit voucher will only be provided if the item/s are returned in all the following conditions: hair free, undamaged, unused, unwashed, still in original packaging, tags attached. 

IMPORTANT: 

  • Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use of the product. Any claims will not be valid. 
  • All items must be returned packaged in a protected sealed parcel, together with a copy of the original proof of purchase and return form. Return shipping is at consumers cost.
