How often do you release new products? 

As we grow we will endeavour to release new products and designs frequently! Our next release of new products is scheduled for mid July!

How do I keep up to date with all things DAV & DEDE?

There are a couple of easy ways that you can keep up to date with us! 

  • Subscribe to our mailing list and hear first about our special offers, new products, and exciting events! 
  • Follow our social media! We regularly provide updates and post photos of our products on our Instagram and Facebook page.

How can I feature my dog on your website or social media?

That’s easy! There are a couple of ways that you can notify us that you would like your dog to  feature  on our website or social media pages:

  1. Email us a photo of your dog wearing DAV & DEDE products and notify that you would like to be featured. 
  2. Upload to your Instagram a photo of your dog wearing our products and tag us with the hashtag: #davanddede. We will re-post your photo on our page and give you a shout out back! :D 

How do I become a DAV & DEDE brand ambassador?

We are always on the lookout for brand ambassadors who absolutely love our products and what we’re about! Simply send us an email to let us know that you are interested! 

How can I stock DAV & DEDE products in my store?

We are currently searching for retailers who are interested in stocking our products! Simply email us your enquiry at info@davanddede.com, and we will promptly respond to you within 1 - 2 business days.

How do I size my dog?

We highly recommend that you measure your dog against our size chart before purchasing any items. Do not assume your dog is a certain size, as our product sizes differ from other brands. We have integrated size charts into all of our product descriptions to make it easy for you to navigate. 

What shipping options are available?

DAV & DEDE offers world-wide shipping! 

What options do I have if I would like to return an item?

You will have the choice of a full-refund or store credit voucher if your items are returned per the conditions in our Return Policy. Please note that we do not offer exchanges as all our products are “limited edition” and are not restocked often.

Can I return items that were purchased during a sale?

Yes, given that the items are returned as per the conditions in our Return Policy.  Please note: We do not offer refunds or store credit for any products marked as a "Final Sale" item. No exceptions. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order you must notify us asap so we can try to accommodate your request. Please understand that because we process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, it is unlikely that we will be able to change or cancel your order and will refer you to our Return Policy.  

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

We currently do not have e-gift cards available to purchase but will be introducing this option to our store shortly.
